Cook time: 12 minutes
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over med-high; wash one pepper, cut off stem + remove seeds, then cut into bite-size pieces + sauté 4-5 min or until tender; set aside
Heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over high; addbeef to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked + no pink remains
Add 2 wraps to plates + line each wrap with 1-2 tbsp cheese; divide peppers + beef between wraps, then roll up + enjoy!
