Cook time: 26 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F; mix ¾ of a package of potatoes with 1 ½ tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices (we like garlic powder), then spread on a sheet pan; roast 20-25 min until tender

Meanwhile, heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 1 ½ packages of asparagus, salt/pep + sauté 5 min; reduce heat to medium, add 3 tbsp water, cover + steam 2 min or until bright green + tender; set aside

Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat 1 ½ packages of chicken breasts dry + sear 2 min per side until warmed through

Add everything to plates + drizzle 3 packages of dressing onto each plate—looks good!
