Instructions
Cook time: 7 minutes
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high; drain 2 packages of chicken, break into bite-size pieces, add to pan + sauté 3-4 min until hot
Meanwhile, tear corner of rice packages to vent + heat in microwave 90 sec (careful—it'll be hot!); Divide between bowls
Warm up 1 package of bean salad or enjoy cold; divide between bowls
Divide chicken between bowls—looks good!
