Instructions
Cook time: 11 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat 1 package of shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pep 2 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + lower heat + mix in 0.11 Packages of sauce, heat 1-2 more min until cooked through
Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high + sauté half the spinach + salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add remaining spinach + cook 1-2 min more until all spinach is wilted
Slice ½ of a package of naan in half; toast until warm + golden
