Instructions
Cook time: 9 minutes
Boil a large pot of water; add 1 package of ramen, gently mix to separate + cook for about 2 min until tender; strain
Meanwhile, heat 3 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté 3 packages of veggies + 3 packages of edamame with salt/pep 3-5 min until tender
Add ramen to veggies; stir in 8-10 tbsp sauce until coated—something smells good!
