In a small pot, bring water to boil, add a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of oil + stir in 1 package of couscous; turn off heat, cover + let stand 5 min; fluff with fork

Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 2 packages of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender

Heat skillet over med-high, pat 1 package of chicken dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min; flip + cook 2-3 min more until cooked through; season with salt/pep + set aside

Divide ingredients to 3 bowls
