Instructions
Cook time: 20 minutes
Heat 3 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 3 packages of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 6 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min until tender; set aside
Meanwhile, bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot; add 1 package of ramen, gently mix to separate + cook for about 2 min until tender; strain + set aside
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat 2 packages of pork chops dry + sear 2-3 min per side until warmed through; slice pork into bite-sized pieces + return to skillet
Add broccoli, ramen + 15 tbsp of sauce to pork; cook 1-2 min until hot; divide between plates—yum!
