Meanwhile, heat ½ tbsp olive oil in skillet over med-high, pat 1 package of chicken dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min; flip + cook 2-3 min more until cooked through; season with salt/pep; set aside

Microwave 2 packages of sauce in a covered, microwave-safe bowl, 30-60 sec or until warm

Mix all ingredients + divide between plates—delish!
