Instructions
Cook time: 17 minutes
Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot
Add 1 package of ramen, gently mix to separate + cook about 2 min until tender; strain + set aside
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 2 packages of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, pat 1 package of chicken dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min; flip + cook 2-3 min more until cooked through; season with salt/pep + set aside
Add chicken, broccoli + 1 ½ packages of sauce to ramen; mix + divide to 3 serving bowls
