Instructions
Cook time: 5 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pep 3-4 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + cooked through
Enjoy edamame cold or poke a few holes in the film + microwave on high 1 min to warm; season with salt/pep
Add sweet chili sauce to a small bowl then whisk in lime juice + 1-2 tbsp water until it reaches dressing consistency
Add Superblend, shrimp + edamame to a large bowl then toss with sweet chili dressing; divide between plates—that looks so good!
