Cook time: 13 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water; add half the box of pasta + cook 10-12 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, remove sausage from casings + discard casings; heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over high; add sausage to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over + break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked + no pinkness remains
Turn heat to low (discard excess grease if desired); carefully pour in 1 container of sauce + heat 2-3 min or until warm
Toss pasta with meat sauce + divide to plates—time to eat!
