Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pep 2 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + lower heat + mix in a package of sauce, heat 1-2 more min until cooked through
Heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over med-high + sauté half the spinach + salt/pep 1-2 min until wilted; add remaining spinach + cook 1-2 min more until all spinach is wilted
Slice 2 naan in half; toast until warm + golden
