Cook time: 12 minutes
Break up pork into bite-size pieces, discarding banana leaf; heat a skillet over med-high + sear pieces 3-4 min, turning half-way through until meat is crisped + hot
Spread each bun with 2 tbsp dressing; divide pork, pickles + 4 slices cheese among bottom slices; close the sandwiches
Heat 1 tbsp oil (or butter) in a skillet + toast sandwiches 2-3 min then flip, cover + cook 2-3 min until toasty + melty
Divide kalua pork melts between plates—that looks so good!
