Bring water to a rolling boil in a large pot

Add ½ of a package of ramen, gently mix to separate + cook 2 min until tender; strain + set aside

Drain broth from 1 package of chicken; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over medium; add chicken to pan, break into small pieces + sauté 2-3 min until browned on all sides; turn heat to low + add sauce packet; cook 1 min until sauce is hot; mix in noodles + divide between plates
