Cook time: 33 minutes
Preheat oven to 475° + preheat sheet pan; peel (or don't peel!) 5 Microwave-ready russet potatoes, cut into ½-inch sticks, mix with 5 tbsp oil + salt/pep; spread onto hot pan + bake 15 min; flip, reduce heat to 425° + bake 10-15 min until golden
Meanwhile, heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, add 2 ½ packages of fresh asparagus + salt/pep; sauté 4-6 min until tender + bright green
Heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in a skillet over high; pat 2 ½ packages of fully cooked seasoned beef sirloin steaks dry + sear on all sides for 1-2 min until warmed through
Slice 2 ½ packages of slow churned lemon & peppercorn pasture butter + top steaks; divide all to plates—yum!
