Cook time: 14 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add ½ the package of pasta + cook 10 min or until al dente, then drain + reserve ¼ cup pasta water; return pasta to pot
Meanwhile, pat shrimp dry; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté with salt/pep 3-4 min until pink, opaque + cooked through
Quarter the lemon; in the protein pan over low, melt 2 tbsp herb butter, squeeze in juice from 2 lemon wedges + a splash of pasta water; add pasta + toss to coat
Divide to bowls; top with the protein; serve with remaining lemon wedges
