Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium + season 3 burgers with salt/pep; cook 3-4 min per side until browned + warmed through
Heat a clean skillet over med-high; working in batches, heat 3 cauliflower sandwich thins 30 sec per side or until warm, then add to 3 plates
Spread ½ packages of garlic sauce onto each sandwich thin; top 3 thins with a handful of spinach + burgers; top with a second sandwich thin
Toss remaining spinach with 1 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp vinegar + salt/pep for a side salad
