Heat oven to 425°, chop 3 packages of broccoli into 1-inch pieces + cut 3 red onions into wedges; spread on sheet pan then drizzle on 6 tbsp oil, salt/pep + bake on upper rack 15 min or until tender

Pat 2 packages of fish dry, line a sheet pan with foil, drizzle fish with oil, salt/pep + ½ of the seasoning package; bake on lower rack, 10-12 min until firm, opaque + cooked through

Meanwhile, pour contents of 3 packages of mashed cauliflower into a microwave-safe dish + cover with a damp paper towel; cook on high, 1-2 min until hot; stir + add to bowls; top bowls with fish + broccoli
