Instructions
Cook time: 19 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté pepper mix with salt/pep 4-5 min or until soft + starting to brown; roughly chop into bite-size pieces
Meanwhile, pat 6 meatballs dry; roughly chop or slice into rounds, set aside
Preheat oven to 425°; layer 2 pizza crusts with ¼-½ cup marinara + ¼-½ cup cheese (or more!) then top with veggies + meatballs
Bake pizza directly on oven racks for 10-13 min until melty, crisp + golden
