Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over high; cook burgers with salt/pep 2-3 min per side until cooked through + no pinkness remains
Meanwhile, slice ½ the package of tomatoes in half + add to a bowl; wash/dry + roughly chop 3 cucumbers + parsley; add to bowl, season with salt/pep, the juice from half a lemon + 1 tsp oil; toss + set aside
Toast 2 pitas until warm + golden; slice pitas in half + divide to plates
Divide burgers + veggies to pitas
