Instructions
Cook time: 20 minutes
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 2 packages of burgers, break into chunks + sear undisturbed 1-2 min; flip meat over, then break into small pieces; sauté 3-4 min more until fully cooked + no pinkness remains; stir in 1½ packages of spinach + salt/pep, sauté 1-2 min until wilted, season with salt/pep
Add 5 wraps to the 5 plates; spread 1¼ packages of sauce among them
Divide lamb between wraps + wrap up and enjoy!
