Preheat oven to 400° F + line a sheet pan with foil; add 1 ½ packages of fish to pan, spread on 1 ½ packages of pesto + season with salt/pep

Slice ¾ of a package of tomatoes in half + add to pan, drizzle with ½ tbsp oil + salt/pep; bake 8-12 min until fish is firm, opaque + cooked through and tomatoes are soft

Meanwhile, chop 1 ½ packages of broccoli in 1-inch pieces + heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook broccoli with salt/pep 2-3 min, then add ½ cup water, cover + steam 3 min

Slice fish in half + serve
