Cook time: 9 minutes
Ensure avocado is ripe (soft to the touch); if avocado is too firm, ripen faster by placing in a paper bag, 1-2 days
Pat 4 fillets dry + season with salt/pep; heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over med-high; add to pan skin-side down + sear 3 min undisturbed until fish naturally releases from pan; flip fish over + cook 3-4 min until fish is cooked through
Meanwhile, wash + thinly slice cucumber; chop any large pieces of veggie mix; add veggies to a large bowl, drizzle on dressing + toss to combine
Slice avocado; divide fish to plates alongside salad then divide avocado to each
