Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Microwave potatoes in bag 6-7 min; let cool 1-2 min + chop into quarters; season with 1 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave seasonings
Meanwhile, cut paneer into 1-inch cubes; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med + sauté paneer 2-3 min until golden
Empty 1 pouch sauce into paneer; drain + rinse beans, add to paneer + cook 2-3 min until warmed through + softened; season with salt/pep; set aside
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add 2 tbsp water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender; bring potatoes + paneer mix to broccoli, mix to warm; divide between plates—delish!
