Instructions
Cook time: 16 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add 1 ½ packages of pasta + cook 10-12 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat 2 packages of chicken dry, season with salt/pep + cook 4-6 min per side until fully cooked, no pinkness remains + internal temp is 165°; remove chicken + slice into bite-size pieces
Heat 3 packages of sauce + 2 packages of spinach in a pan over medium, 3-4 min until sauce is hot + spinach wilts; add chicken to sauce + warm 1-2 min
Toss pasta with sauce + divide to plates
