Meanwhile, dice 1 jumbo yellow onion; heat ⅔ tbsp oil in skillet over high; add 1 package of turkey, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices, then add onion; break meat into small pieces + cook 2-3 min until fully cooked + no pink remains; add 2 packages of sauce + warm 1-2 min

Toss pasta with meat sauce + divide between plates
