Cook time: 11 minutes
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium; crumble 1 package of grounds into the pan + sauté 5-7 min until lightly browned + hot
Meanwhile, wash, dry + finely shred 3 baby romaine lettuces
Divide taco grounds between 1 package of lavash, top with 1 ¼ packages of pico + romaine
Roll up into wraps, cut into quarters + divide between plates—easy peasy!
