Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil skillet over med-high; pat pork chops dry + sear 2-3 min per side until warmed through; slice into bite-size pieces; set aside
Add salad kits (including toppings) to a large bowl, drizzle with dressing + toss to combine
Divide salad between plates + top with the cooked meat—easy peasy!
