Instructions
Cook time: 26 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; mix 1 package of potatoes with 2 tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices (we like garlic powder), then spread on a sheet pan; roast 20-25 min until tender
Spread 2 packages of broccoli on second sheet pan; drizzle on 2 tbsp oil, salt/pep + bake 10-12 min or until browned + tender
Heat lightly oiled skillet over medium + season 4 burgers with salt/pep; cook burgers 5 min on one side, then flip over + cook 2-3 min more until browned + cooked through; cut into bite-size pieces
Divide veggies to bowls, top with burger pieces + dollop on 2 tbsp sauce to each
