Cook time: 7 minutes
Preheat oven to 450°; heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high; add beef to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked
Divide sauce, protein + half package of havarti between 2 crusts; bake on a sheet pan for 7-10 minutes or until desired doneness
Cut pizza into pieces + divide between plates
