Pat 1 package of fish dry + season with salt/pep + your fav spices (we like garlic powder); heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high (get that pan hot, otherwise the fish will stick) + sear fish 3 min, flip + sear another 1-2 min (for well done cook 3 min on second side); break into pieces + set aside

In batches, heat ½ of a package of tortillas in skillet over med-high, 30 sec or until warm

Warm up 1 package of bean salad or enjoy cold

Assemble tacos using ¾ of a package of salsa
