Instructions
Cook time: 4 minutes
Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; pat 1 ½ packages of shrimp dry + sauté with salt/pep 2-3 min until shrimp is pink, opaque + cooked through; set aside
Add 1 ½ packages of salad kit (including toppings) to a large bowl, drizzle with dressing + toss to combine
Divide salad between plates + top with the cooked meat—easy peasy!
