Instructions
Cook time: 10 minutes
Cut onions in half from root to stem, peel + thinly slice; set aside in small bowl
Wash + dry 2 packages of cilantro, remove stems + roughly chop leaves; add cilantro, squeeze 2 fresh limes + salt/pep into onion bowl, then mix to combine
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, pat 2 packages of beef dry, add to pan in one layer + sear 2 min (for well done add 1 min); flip + cook 1 more min, season with salt/pep + sprinkle on 1 package of seasoning; set aside
In batches, heat 10 tortillas in skillet over med-high, 30 sec or until warm; add beef + onion salad to tortillas
