Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Heat skillet over med-high heat + add rice with 1 tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm + add to bowls
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high, pat chicken breasts dry + sear 1-2 min per side until warm; slice + add to bowls
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high +sauté bell pepper mix with salt/pep for 4-5 min until soft + starting to brown; add to bowls
Dollop on avocado spread—enjoy!
