Cook time: 480 minutes
Cut onions in half from root to stem, peel + thinly slice; place onions in slow cooker with ½ cup of water; pat chicken dry, then season with salt/pep + fave seasonings; place meat on top of veggies + cook 8 hours on low (or 4-5 hours on high) until fork tender
Using 2 forks, shred into bite-size pieces + stir in 1 pouch of sauce
Toast 2 buns until warm + golden; divide pulled pork to buns
Add 2 salad kits to a large bowl, drizzle with dressing + toss to combine; serve sandwiches with salads on the side—looking good!
