Instructions
Cook time: 20 minutes
Add mango slices to a medium bowl then pour 1 cup hot water or fav juice over slices; allow to rehydrate, 10-20 min; drain + pat dry slices
To a bowl, mix 2-4 tsp sriracha + 2 packets of mayo; slice tuna into thin strips then toss with spicy mayo
Thinly slice cucumbers; divide tuna, mango slices + cucumber between 4 wraps then roll up wraps around fillings
