Instructions
Cook time: 12 minutes
Remove stems from 2 mushrooms + using a spoon, scoop out the dark gills on the underside of the mushrooms, rinse + pat dry; heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high + cook mushrooms 2-3 min per side until browned + tender; add salt/pep + add to plates bottom-side up
Heat lightly oiled skillet over med-high; pat chicken breasts dry + sear 2 min per side until warmed through
Top each mushroom with chicken + 2 tbsp sauce; finish with a handful of greens on each + enjoy that bunless life
