Instructions
Cook time: 19 minutes
Preheat oven to 450°; slice 1 ½ packages of potatoes into 1-inch pieces, mix with 1 ½ tbsp oil, salt/pep + fave spices (we like garlic powder); roast 15-18 min until tender
Meanwhile, slice 1 ½ packages of asparagus into ½-inch pieces, discard any tough pieces; heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high, add asparagus, salt/pep + sauté 4-6 min until tender + bright green
Wash 1 ½ packages of chives + thinly slice; break 1 ½ packages of salmon into bite-size pieces
Toss potatoes, asparagus, salmon + chives to combine; divide to plates + drizzle 1 ½ packages of garlic sauce on top
