Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med/high; pat 2 packages of steaks dry, season with salt/pep + sear undisturbed 2-3 min; flip + cook an additional 2-3 min for med-rare (for more well done add 1-2 min per side)*; rest steaks 5 min on cutting board; cut steaks against grain into ½-inch slices
Meanwhile, heat skillet over med-high + warm 2 packages of rice with 2 tbsp water for 2 min, stirring occasionally
Add rice to a large bowl, top with 2 packages of salad kit + sliced steak; drizzle with dressing + toss to combine
Divide into four bowls—woah, that looks so good
*The usda recommends a minimum safe cooking temperature of 145°F for beef
