Instructions
Cook time: 15 minutes
Boil a large pot of salted water, add half the box of pasta + cook 8-10 min or until al dente, then drain + return to pot
Meanwhile, heat 1 tsp oil in skillet over high; add the turkey to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + half the seasoning packet (or more!), then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked + no pinkness remains; reduce heat to medium
Carefully combine 1 container of sauce in pan with turkey (beware of splatters!), cover + simmer 3-5 min until hot + slightly thickened
Combine sauce with pasta—buon appetito!
