Instructions
Cook time: 11 minutes
Heat lightly oiled skillet over high; cook 1 ½ packages of burgers with salt/pep 2-3 min per side until cooked through + no pinkness remains
Cut ¾ of a package of onion in half from root to stem, peel + thinly slice; set aside
Toast ¾ of a package of buns until warm + golden; spread 1-2 tbsp sauce on each
Add burgers to buns with a few leaves from ¾ of a package of lettuce, 1 ½ packages of pickles + onions; roughly chop remaining lettuce + dress with oil/vinegar for side salads—time to eat!
