Cook time: 23 minutes
Microwave 4 potatoes in wrappers on high 10-12 min, flipping halfway through cook time (caution, potatoes will be hot!); carefully cut in half (add butter if you like)
Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; add 2 bags of broccoli, salt/pep + sauté 4-5 min until lightly browned; add ¼ cup water, reduce heat, cover + steam 3-5 min more until tender; set aside
Heat 1 tsp oil in a large skillet over med-high; add all beef to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 4-5 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep + fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 3-5 min until fully cooked + no pink remains; mix in 4 tbsp sauce
Top potatoes with beef + divide everything between plates—nice job!
