Instructions
Cook time: 13 minutes
Heat a large skillet with 2 tbsp oil over med; sauté 2 packages of rice 4-5 min stirring often until hot; set aside
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high; pat meat dry, season with salt/pep + sear undisturbed 2-3 min until browned; flip meat over + sear 2-3 min more for medium-rare (for more well done, increase cook time 1-2 min per side); toss beef with ¼-½ cup sauce
Divide beef + rice between plates—well done!
