Cook time: 13 minutes
Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a skillet over medium; cook 1 ½ packages of burgers 10 min, flipping every 1-2 min to avoid burning until hot + fully cooked
Toast ½ of a package of pitas until warm + golden
Wash + pat dry 1 ½ packages of lettuce; roughly chop 1 ½ packages of artichokes
Divide burgers, lettuce + artichokes to pitas; drizzle in 1 ½ packages of vinaigrette + enjoy!
