Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high + sauté 1 package of pepper mix with salt/pep 4-5 min or until soft + starting to brown; set aside

Chop 1 package of meat into bite-size pieces (about ½-inch); heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high; cook turkey undisturbed 3 min until starting to brown, flip meat + sauté 3-5 min more until fully cooked + no pink remains; save ½ the turkey for later

Stack 6 tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft; divide between 3 plates

Divide veggies + meat to tacos; dollop each tortilla with 1 tbsp of guac
