Instructions
Cook time: 18 minutes
Preheat oven to 400°; add 1 ¼ packages of ground beef to a bowl with 2 ½ tbsp oil, salt/pep + your fav spices (we like garlic pow!); Roll into 30 meatballs + set aside
Toss ¾ of a package of teriyaki with the meatballs + mix thoroughly
Wash + slice 2 ½ packages of brussels into quarters then toss with salt/pep + 2 ½ tbsp oil; transfer to a sheet pan with protein + cook for 10-14 minutes then divide between plates
