Cook time: 13 minutes
Crumble 2 ½ packages beef patties into a bowl; chop2 ½ packages of scallions and add to bowl, along with ¾ cup sweet teriyaki sauc + salt/pep; roll into 1-inch meatballs; heat 2 ½ tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; cook meatballs 5-6 min, turning frequently, until browned + hot; toss hot meatballs in remaining sauce
Heat skillet over med-high + add 2 ½ packages rice with 2 ½ tbsp water; stir occasionally for 2 min until warm
Divide rice + meatballs to plates
