Cook time: 9 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in skillet over high; add burgers to pan, break into large chunks + sear undisturbed 2 min; flip meat over, season generously with salt/pep/fave spices, then break into small pieces; cook 2-3 min until fully cooked; stir in pinto beans + heat 1-2 min more until hot
Meanwhile, stack 6 tortillas on a plate + wrap with a damp paper towel; microwave 15-30 sec or until warm + soft
Wash + pat dry a handful of lettuce leaves; slice or shred into bite-size pieces
Add meat to tacos with a handful of lettuce + drizzle salsa on top—yum!
