Instructions
Cook time: 16 minutes
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high; add 1 package of beef and 1 package of taco grounds, season with salt/pep + sear undisturbed 2-3 min until browned; break up meat + cook 2-3 min more until cooked through (for more well done, increase cook time 1-2 min); remove from pan
Heat 3 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté 3 packages of squash skillet + salt/pep 4-6 min until tender
Add protein + 1¼ packages of sauce to veggies; cook 1-2 min until hot; season with salt/pep then divide to plates
