Instructions
Cook time: 14 minutes
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over med-high; add ½ of a package of beef + ½ of a package of taco grounds, season with salt/pep + sear undisturbed 2-3 min until browned; stir + cook 2-3 min more; remove from pan
Heat 2 tbsp oil in skillet over med-high; sauté 2 packages of squash skillet + salt/pep 4-6 min until tender
Add proteins + ¾ of a package of sauce to veggies; cook 1-2 min until hot; season with salt/pep then divide to plates
